Priory Woodfield Engineering offers a machine shop capability of 15,000 sq ft and warehousing of 20,000 sq ft. There is also additional capacity for external storage on site if required.

Combined with our in house profiling capability – a capacity in excess of 2 mtr diameter- and comprehensive machine shop, Priory Woodfield have the capability of offering bespoke or modification to standard flanges with short lead times to suit customer requirements.

Profiling	BOC Magic Falcon Multi Head (5 off) Oxy / Propane profile cutter. Bed capacity 6000mm x 3000mm
Vertical Borers	2 off 72” Webster Bennett’s -2000mm Bed Dia with 750mm throat height
CNC Lathes	Mori Seiki with Fanuc Controls – 400mm Dia swing
NC Lathes	Suga 3 axis machines – 300mm Dia swing
Centre Lathes	Various conventional lathes with capacity up to 800mm Dia swing
Radial Drilling	Multiple radial drilling capability ranging up to 3000mm Dia capacity complete with indexing and rotary tables for PCD accuracy.
Aldell Drills	Semi-automated PCD drilling centres – 500mm Dia swing
Power Presses	Rhodes ‘C’ Frame presses 100, 150 Tonnes capacity. Craig & Donald 500 Tonnes capacity.
Section Rolling	Flats, Tees, Angle, Channel from 250mm Dia upwards depending upon section dimensions.
Welding	MMA – Manual Metal Arc MIG - Manual Inert Gas FCAW-GS – Gas Sheilded Cored Wire
Craneage	Findel o/h crane with Materson 5 Tonne Capacity Hoist
